Sorry you're having trouble! You should have received an e-mail with your receipt and been forwarded to a confirmation page with your license key and download.

Have you tried resetting your password or logging in as described here?
License Activation Tips
1. Make sure you don't have any white spaces before or after the license key.
2. If you purchased a bundle use the individual product license key, not the bundle license key.
3. After entering your license key make sure you hit "save" before you click "activate"
4. Make sure you haven't hit your site activation limit, you can learn how to manage your active sites here.
5. If none of these steps work please click "Check activation response" and include it in this message.
404 Troubleshooting Tips
1. In the WordPress admin, try going to Settings > Permalinks and clicking "Save Permalinks" at the bottom of the page (you don't need to change anything.) This will solve 90% of 404 page not found issues.
2. In the WordPress admin go to Projects > Settings and make sure there isn't a space or slash after your project slug
3. In the WordPress admin go to Settings > Permalinks and make sure you don't have index.php? in your permalink structure
Updating Plugin Tip
Most plugin update issues are a result of an inactive license or a change in web address after inital plugin activation. Learn how to fix this common problem here.
Translations or Changing Words Tips
You can translate our plugins or change words by using WordPress translation plugins. Learn more about the process here.
Error Message Tips
If you see a message that starts with NOTICE or WARNING -- this means your web host is in DEBUG MODE which is not ideal for performance or security. If you open a ticket with your website host they can disable DEBUG MODE and these errors will go away.
